Rolling Stone is an American monthly magazine that focuses on popular culture. It was founded in San Francisco, California, in 1967 by Jann Wenner, and the music critic Ralph J. Gleason. It was first known for its coverage of rock music and for political reporting by Hunter S. Thompson. In the 1990s, the magazine broadened and shifted its focus to a younger readership interested in youth-oriented television shows, film actors, and popular music. It has since returned to its traditional mix of content, including music, entertainment, and politics.

A former disrespected intern said, "Uh, let's see. People [at Rolling Stone] referred to me as "the intern" and didn't even bother learning my name, a condescending supervisor, my whole job was 100% solely to transcribe stuff (which people are paid twice or thrice what interns are paid), management is haphazard and scattered, no adult communication--everyone is passive aggressive, the nepotism sucks and you wonder why some morons in senior management are still making money with the horseshit, out-dated, hazy attempts at ideas they have. No interest in readers, comments, suggestions, or connecting with the outside world. Basically, worst place ever. People treat you badly, and live in fear of getting fired. Huge turnover."

Tell the world why Rolling Stone sucks!
